A namesake born from folklore and a desire to be different, The Elusive Cow strives to provide the best locally sourced products from farmers that subscribe to a sustainable solution to farming.

The Elusive Cow intends to be a staple wherever good times combine with the out of doors. This summer marks the cow’s debut, and Fountain Square will be home-base to make as many friends as we can. Where there’s smoke, there’s delicious food. Let the grill-smoke guide you to the cow for lunch from 11-2 Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. We’ll also be your source for great eats during Fountain Square’s extensive roster of summer events. Every evening during the wonderful late spring and summer, you can find us on the square from 5:00*or 6:00 pm* until the fun ends!
